Blanchard Grinding

Blanchard Grinding allows large stock removal.
With our Blanchard Grinder we can grind parts up to 36 inches wide by 20 inches high.

Surface Grinding

Reciprocating Surface Grinding ensures that tolerances of less that 0.001" T.I.R are held with precise flatness and parallelism. On this kind of Surface Grinding we can grind parts up to 18" long by 8" high and 8 inches deep.

Rotary Grinding

Rotary Surface Grinding allows for moderate stock removal, tighter tolerances and better surface finish than Blanchard Grinding. Rotary Grinding capabilities are 18"x8".

Dedtru and thread Grinding

Dedtru Grinding

Acombination of surface and centerless grinding gives us the flexibility to grind small parts with complex forms requiring close tolerances.

O.D. Thread Grinding and Worm gear Grinding

ACME, BUTTRESS, GOTHIC ARCH, WORM GEARS, WHITTWORTH, J-THREADS, JUMP THREADS, FORM GRINDING, TAPS, and GROOVE GRINDING from .025 to 12 inches diameter to 45 inches long.
