ID Honing: From .100 to 14 inches diameter by 78 inches long. Vertical cylinder kings, horizontal, automatic tub and single pass.
When removal of small amounts of material 0.002 to 0.003 per side is required, finish and geometry are critical. Honing will ensure the size and finish you require.
All operations are inspected through every stage of production. This includes formal quality procedures, from initial statistical process capability to final inspection. |
